The registration fee for the Texas Christian Writers’ Conference is all-inclusive. It covers your hotel accommodations, meals, and full access to the conference experience.

Many conferences price the ticket separately, and attendees are responsible for booking and paying for lodging and food on top of the registration fee. We intentionally chose an all-inclusive model so you can arrive, settle in, and focus fully on your writing and calling without managing additional logistics or surprise expenses.

This is also an intentionally smaller, immersive event. You will not get lost in a crowd. You will have meaningful access to faculty, dedicated time to write and reflect, and space to build real connections with other Christian writers.
